Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Locations
We currently offer delivery to addresses throughout the United States and Canada.
For orders being sent to Canada, please note that international import regulations may apply.
2. Processing Time
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days following payment verification. Important notes regarding processing:
  • No orders are processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays (including both U.S. and Canadian observed holidays).
  • For Canadian orders: An extra 1–2 business days of processing time may be necessary to validate shipping details, prepare required customs documentation (such as commercial invoices), and ensure full compliance with Canadian import rules.
3.Estimated Delivery Time
  • United States: Delivery is expected to take 5–10 business days after the order is dispatched.
  • Canada: Delivery timelines vary depending on the specific destination within Canada, with an estimated 10–25 business days from the date of dispatch. This estimate accounts for standard cross-border customs procedures, but occasional delays may occur due to customs inspections, duty assessment, or logistical bottlenecks.
We recommend tracking your order via the provided tracking link for real-time updates on customs status and delivery progress. For further assistance with delayed shipments, please contact our customer support team.
4. Shipping Carriers
  • United States: The primary carrier for domestic orders is USPS (United States Postal Service).
  • Canada: We partner with USPS International to ensure reliable cross-border delivery. The exact carrier may be adjusted based on factors like the delivery location, package weight, and selected shipping speed.
Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email address. For U.S.-originated orders bound for Canada, tracking updates may only be available until the package reaches Canadian customs. Beyond that point, additional tracking information can typically be accessed through Canada’s local postal service or the carrier’s international tracking portal.
5. Tracking Your Order
After your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your unique tracking number and a direct link to monitor your package’s status.
  • U.S. Orders: Tracking information updates in real time and covers the entire duration of the delivery journey.
  • Canadian Orders: Please allow up to 48 hours for initial tracking updates to appear. Once the package leaves the United States, tracking updates may become less frequent. We advise using the website of Canada’s local postal service to check for the most up-to-date delivery status.
6. Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package experiences significant delays or is marked as “delivered” but you have not received it, please follow these steps:
For U.S. Orders:
  1. Check with family members, neighbors, or building management (e.g., front desk staff, mailroom attendants) to see if the package was delivered to an alternative location.
  1. Contact USPS directly using your tracking number to request detailed information about the delivery.
  1. If the package remains unaccounted for, get in touch with us within 7 days of the marked delivery date.
For Canadian Orders:
  1. First, allow an extra 5–7 business days beyond the estimated delivery date. Customs clearance procedures or international transit can sometimes lead to unforeseen delays.
  1. Use your tracking number to check with local postal services or Canadian customs authorities—packages may be held if duties, taxes, or additional documentation are required.
  1. Verify with household members, neighbors, or local delivery centers (such as post offices) regarding any missed deliveries.
  1. If the package is still missing after these steps, contact us within 14 days of the marked delivery date (to account for extended international transit times and customs processing).
How to Request Assistance:
Reach out to our support team at [email protected], including your order number and tracking number in your message. We will work closely with you and the shipping carrier to investigate the issue, initiate a package trace (if applicable), and provide regular updates on the resolution process.
7. Duties and Taxes (Canadian Orders)
Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the Canadian government. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the initial order total or shipping costs.
Customs authorities will notify you of any applicable fees, which must be paid before the package can be released for delivery. We recommend checking with Canadian customs or relevant government agencies for specific duty rates and tax regulations prior to placing your order.
